I am starting to get a little joint, round ligament pain and want to know if any one knows any excercises or helpful preventative measures to use? I know It’ll only get worse as the pregnancy continues, and I’m a little worried because I’m only 17 weeks along.

just remember to make slower calculated movements so you don;t over stretch anything. I have heard yoga helps, maybe find a pregnancy yoga class or dvd.
