Your low back pain I assume would have gone away with the widening of the bones giving your nerves a little more breathing room. Are you still pregnant? This pain can come back after delivery. (Not instantly though) I got arthritis during my first pregnancy in my low back but it went away for a while whit my second pregnancy.
