Pregnancy was fine but afterward every muscle in my body just tightened up. It’s been 2 years and my body is still that way. My knees hurt every day along with my ankles and my back. My neck doesn’t even turn like it used to, I can’t lie on my stomach and turn my neck to the right (like lying in the sun).
I stretch but it doesn’t seem to be helping. Has anyone else had this happen? I’ve lost all my baby weight plus some, that didn’t help either. I’m so tired of not wanting to move.

It sounds like you have alot of tight muscles that never loosened up after giving birth. I would try some mild stretches several times a day to see if that helps. As for the joint pain its possible you could have arthritis, which will cause pain and inflamation in the joints just as the knees, neck, ankles. Try taking an anti-inflamatory such as celebrex or advil, aleve.
Have you talked to your doctor about it since you had your baby?
Massages help loosen up tight muscles as well as using heat and sometimes ice.
